This Workshop will awaken and nurture the natural vitality, tuning up both body and mind the unfurling of life amid this stirring. 

You will be gently guided through asana (postures), mindful movement practices, conscious breathing, sound meditation  and yoga nidra (deep relaxation).

Beginning with Meditation at the house then

Walking Meditation to beach at 6.20am to asana (posture practice) followed by pranayama (breath awareness), 

walking meditation and deep relaxation back at the house.

Contribution: Support of the work of Atmavidya Yoga For You by willingness to have your photo taken to expand awareness of well-being possibilities of Yoga

through Feldenkrais mindful movements.

This Ocean Nourishment Mini Retreat begins at Plover Street with meditation, flowing into walking meditation a few minutes to the beach at Southshore to continue practice close with the ocean (weather dependent), returning to Plover Street for Yoga Nidra.

Through asana (postures), pranayama (expansion of the vital energy), yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and meditative awareness practices, this Mini Retreat deepens capacity to nourish well-being of body, mind and spirit.
