This Ocean Nourishment Mini Retreat begins at Plover Street with meditation, flowing into walking meditation a few minutes to the beach at Southshore to continue practice close with the ocean (weather dependent), returning to Plover Street for Yoga Nidra.

Through asana (postures), pranayama (expansion of the vital energy), yoga nidra (deep relaxation) and meditative awareness practices, this Mini Retreat deepens capacity to nourish well-being of body, mind and spirit.
