Mahadevi warmly invites you to join her in chanting 108 rounds of the Mahamrityunjaya mantra twice monthly, on or very close to the full and new moons. This means the gathering will be on different days of the month giving everyone who chooses, the opportunity to come at some time.

The Mahamrityunjaya mantra is an ancient and very powerful mantra used for healing, nurturance and relief from suffering on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.  It facilitates courage and transformation in the face of life's difficulties

Kirtan is the singing of simple sacred chants in a call and response format. It is a very simple & powerful way to meditate, that by passes the mind and easily reaches the heart.  It is effortless & joyful; the music does the work for you as you flow with the melody & rhythm. The ancient chants contain powerful renewing & transformative energy that helps us reconnect with the Divinity that resides within all of us.

All Welcome, no previous experience in chanting or yoga necessary.

Followed by a shared meal. Dahl and rice will be provided, please bring a small vegan dish to share.

This weekend retreat is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of how yoga can help you be more centred and more connected with Self. It is from this place of strong connection that we can joyfully engage with others and the world around us.

The weekend offers a balanced program of practices, discourse, and unstructured time.
