Kirtan is the singing of sacred chants in a call and response format. It is a very simple and powerful way to meditate. Kirtan practice is an effortless and joyful practice, that by-passes the mind and easily reaches the heart. The ancient chants contain powerful renewing and transformative energy that helps us reconnect with the goodness or divinity that resides within each one.
All welcome, no previous experience in mantra meditation/chanting or yoga necessary.
Bring an instrument if you have one.
Let us know if you would like to host a kirtan to uplift the resonance in your place. Contact email@example.com

The Mahamrityunjaya mantra is an ancient and very powerful mantra used to bring courage and transformation in the face of life's challenges. It carries a resonance which facilitates healing, nurturance and relief from suffering on all levels, mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.
If you know someone who is suffering or in distress, please feel free to ask for their name to be placed in our circle.
We practice this mantra meditation practice for the benefit of all.
If you would like to host a session in your home on a full or new moon, please let Mahadevi know.
Looking forward to our continuing connection through mantra.
This practice will be followed by Kirtan and then a shared meal. We celebrate with Mayouri and wish her well for the next steps of her journey.
