We offer 10-week courses at Beginners to Intermediate level at Yoga for You.
The teachings are conducted in the style of SATYANANDA YOGA® and deliver a balanced program of asana (postures), pranayama (breathwork), and yoga nidra (deep relaxation) or dharana (meditation practice).
The classes are small (up to 10 people) and practices can be adjusted to individual needs.
