Teacher

The classes are taught by Pavitra (Ushi Heyd) who started her yogic journey in 1984 in Germany.

Pavitra studied 3 years at the                                               Academy in  NSW Australia and is an accredited SATYANANDA YOGA teacher (Level 2).

Pavitra’s teaching is firmly grounded in the Satyananda style of yoga and also influenced by her training with Donna Farhi and ongoing personal study.

Pavitra was initiated into karma sannyasin by Swami Niranjananda Saraswati in 2007 and has been teaching yoga since 2000.
